The daughter of a Realtor, Jess caught the real estate bug honestly by watching her father help countless friends and neighbours find the home of their dreams. Following a successful career in Public Relations in Toronto, Jess followed her heart back to real estate and to Guelph, where she’s worked for over a decade as one of the city's most sought-after Realtors. A warm and thoughtful people person, Jess is a natural at leading you through the real estate process, offering steady advice and guidance in her calm and easy-going manner.

Jess is also a mother to three mischievous boys, so she understands the unique demands that family life places on home ownership, and will make sure that your decisions match your priorities. And nothing, not even margaritas, makes her happier than helping a satisfied client get the home they’re after. Don't be surprised if she jumps up and down.

When she’s not working, Jess is usually policing the snack cupboard from her three sons and their ringleader, her husband Scott.

Scott Poland

Scott is a wood-fired pizza fanatic who pays for ingredients through his day job as a Realtor.

A small town guy at heart hailing from nearby St. Mary's, Scott has traveled all over the world, but there's nowhere he'd rather call home than Guelph. Following an early career in Robotics, and the realization of a life-long dream that saw him launch his own supply company, Scott ultimately found his calling in real estate by seeing the joy it brought his wife. The couple (bravely) decided to work together, and have done so tirelessly ever since, establishing themselves as two of the most trusted and ambitious Realtors in Guelph. Scott has a true knack for confronting obstacles with composure. But don't let his easy manner fool you, he knows the Guelph market inside-out, and he'll be up at the crack of dawn to make sure you are fully informed on the challenges and opportunities that the Guelph market has to offer. Right after his morning coffee.

When he's not making pizza in his backyard oven, Scott is usually engaged in water-based warfare with his three boys, Rhys, Lucas and Drew.

Katja Helmer

Katja is a passionate foodie who is more than happy to eat what's left on your plate if you're done with it.

Born in a small-town in Germany but raised in Guelph, Katja is a family-first mother to Liam and soon-to-be wife of Ben, who owns his own personal training studio, Lean Strong Fitness in Guelph. One of those people that never stops, Katja has proven to be the perfect match for Jess and Scott, who she supports in roles that include everything from sales to social media director (depends on the day). A people pleaser, Katja is eager and ready to help people realize their real estate dream first-hand.

Katja is a natural organizer who makes sure that every client interaction and transaction is smooth and seamless. But her real passion is in being creative, and she's helped Jess and Scott promote their services through unique and fun-filled advertising, marketing and client appreciation campaigns. And yes, all of the events come with delicious food.

In her spare time you'll find Katja on the pitch playing the beautiful game, or on a weekend getaway with the real love of her life, Netflix.

John Miller

Shortly after buying his first old outdated home, John realized the value of “sweat equity”. With the help of his brother-in-law he quickly learned how to repair plumbing, electrical, roofing, and flooring. This led to designing and remodeling kitchens. His passion for renovating naturally evolved to flipping homes that were in great need of some quality TLC. John has been able to share this expertise with his clients when looking to buy or sell their homes. He sees the potential in a “diamond in the rough” that can easily be turned into someone’s dream home. He also recognizes when just a few affordable tweaks will maximize resale value of a house before it hits the market. In his spare time, John enjoys golfing and skiing with his friends and family.

Jenna Buna

Jenna is an HGTV fanatic, and when you can't find her scrolling through new real estate listings, you can find her watching any renovation show that is on tv.

Jenna was born and raised in Guelph, and after 36 years of living there, she moved to Fergus with her husband, Rick and their three kids, Colton, Wyatt and Gabriella. They purchased a bungalow on an acre lot in the country, and they're taking on a full home renovation on their own, learning new skills in construction and design along the way. Jenna was a stay at home mom for several years, and although she loved every minute with her kids, she knew she had real estate fever and wanted to follow her passion of working in real estate. She loves paperwork, learning new skills and interacting with people, which makes her a great addition to the team as an administrative assistant and client care coordinator.

During her downtime, Jenna loves spending time with her husband and kids. Although she loves Canada, she much prefers summer activities. Whether it be walking/bike riding to Belwood lake, fishing, camping, lounging by the pool, or having a campfire in their backyard, she will soak in as much time in the summer heat as she possibly can.
